Setting HMAC Key

First we need to get our HMAC Key from our Group. Then we can add it as a environment variable to our machine.

HMAC="hmac-sha256:mykey.g3:<key>"

Adding A records for both servers

nsupdate -y $HMAC
> server nssdi.mi.hdm-stuttgart.de
> update add sdi1.g1.sdi.mi.hdm-stuttgart.de 86400 A 141.62.75.101
> send
> quit

nsupdate -y $HMAC
> server nssdi.mi.hdm-stuttgart.de
> update add sdi2.g1.sdi.mi.hdm-stuttgart.de 86400 A 141.62.75.115
> send
> quit

Now we can check if the records are added correctly:

dig +noall +answer  sdi1.g1.sdi.mi.hdm-stuttgart.de
sdi1.g1.sdi.mi.hdm-stuttgart.de. 0 IN   A       141.62.75.101

dig +noall +answer  sdi2.g1.sdi.mi.hdm-stuttgart.de
