Check if BIND (named) is listening on Port 53

ss -tlnp | grep 53

The Output should something like this

LISTEN 0      10     141.62.75.101:53        0.0.0.0:*    users:(("named",pid=46047,fd=19))

LISTEN 0      10         127.0.0.1:53        0.0.0.0:*    users:(("named",pid=46047,fd=16))

LISTEN 0      4096   127.0.0.53%lo:53        0.0.0.0:*    users:(("systemd-resolve",pid=74,fd=18))

LISTEN 0      4096         0.0.0.0:5355      0.0.0.0:*    users:(("systemd-resolve",pid=74,fd=12))

LISTEN 0      4096            [::]:5355         [::]:*    users:(("systemd-resolve",pid=74,fd=14))

The first two lines show that Bind (named) is listening on the right Port (53)
